Smit Psychology Group is a group practice, not a single therapist and not a clinic. That distinction matters: it means you can choose the person you feel most comfortable with, rather than being assigned whoever is free.
Between us we work with adults, couples, children and adolescents, from two consulting rooms in Paarl and at Val de Vie — and online when getting to a room is the hard part.
Therapy here is a partnership. We take the time to understand your situation properly before deciding together what would actually help.
